Jericho was built according the « Carter offshore » method. An american design and then a building dispatched throughout Europe. Some of his boats were built not only in the Netherlands, but in Greece and Poland (for the hulls). Most of them have these particular sections which influenced all architects after him till Bruce Farr started building his « surfing hulls ». This great bermudian cutter, christened Gerfault, was first built for Pol a sailor from brittany and raced the Admiral's Cup. Then she moved to the West Indies. Sold and restored in 1992, Jericho now cruises the Mediterranean for our sight and sailing pleasures.
